This black and white negative depicts an unknown man (Frank Phelps or Lloyd Lindsay) standing next to a car that is parked on the south side of the Brethren's Shop. Rising from the roof of the Brethren's Shop are a pipe (?) & a chimney. The car is a hardtop with roll-up & vent windows. The white-bearded elderly man wears a felt hat with band, eyeglasses, heathered dress jacket, collared shirt with dark bow tie, pants pulled over his waist, and leather shoes. The Carriage House is in background. On its south side is a utility pole with wires leading from it. The Carriage House is still painted yellow. |
