Image Description |
This black and white negative depicts the snowmobile parked on Shaker Road just south of the Infirmary. There is a man visible inside the snowmobile (probably Irving Greenwood) who wears a heavy wool overcoat with large buttons at the sleeve and gloves. Dewey the Dog sits in the center of the bench seat and wears a collar. The license plate of the vehicle reads" N H / 10-6??/1924". The vehicle has two front 'skiis' and a double rear axle that has a track. Though there are patches of snow and bare ground, Shaker Road appears iced over. The buildings in the background are (from l to r) the Infirmary, Creamery, Water Tower, and Enfield House. |
